The Lightning will own most of the team and the rest also will be in the hands of a trusted partner who will work with the entity in the development of a team in a city steeped in years of NBA basketball Oklahoma City, the home of the Thunder , franchise with Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and Serge Ibaka among others.
